FAB idea. I don't do scary much but I will definitely be around showing my support.
Petra,
Thank you so much for coming by and joining in the scary fun. Pleased that you're a new follower - - welcome!
anaavu, I hope it will be fun and I'm excited that you're going to participate!
Miss Juju, so glad you will be stopping by, even if you aren't a horror fan. Feel free to post with any kind of Halloween themed material if you like. I so appreciate your support! :)
I love horror, but don't get to read much of it lately (just read a new anthology "The Endlands" which was very good). This sounds like great fun and one of my groups is doing a week-long read-a-thon at the beginning of October so I will set aside some horror to read.
Scariest book - Pet Sematary by King
Most horrifying book: - Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. The bad guy is a seven foot hairless albino who is polylingual and likes to kill children. Worst of all, he's based on a real person.
Another great horror novel - Night of the Hunter by Davis Grubb. Imagine Faulkner writing a psycho-thriller. And extraordinary read.

Mac, thank you for the horror suggestions. It's been years since I read Pet Sematary and I haven't heard of the others so I will definitely have to check them out!

Thanks for stopping by, SweetMarie83. I look forward to what you'll be reading!
Should I link a beginning blog post in the linky? It looks like it's just for reviews. Or should I leave the link in the comments?
Sorry I'm so late. I totally missed it until I saw it on Facebook tonight!
Hi Michelle!
Sure, go ahead and leave a beginning blog post in Mr. Linky. I'm okay with the links being anything Readathon/spooky related.
Thanks so much for joining in!
I just linked in Mr LInky to my post announcing my intent to participate. Hope to have review(s) soon.
Lori,
I messed up the link I posted. Natasha's book isn't really related to the spooky theme. Can you delete it so I can repost another one?
Lori...where do we post the links?
Hi Nikki,
Just add your links to the Mr. Linky attached to this post.
Look forward to reading your reviews!
Hey Lori...I wasn't sure if I added the links in the right place. Could you email me with a yes or no? I have like ten more to post!! LOL!!
